An unforgettable stay by the sea
Woke up to stunning sea views every morning. The staff's friendliness made me feel right at home, and the dining options were a delightful journey for the palate.

Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.
I was frustrated with the outdated facilities and poor food quality. Additionally, the constant extra charges made the experience feel less than all-inclusive, which is not what I was expecting from a supposed 5-star resort.

It was just a commendable fit for a quick stop in Hurghada with very good value for money. The beach towels were conveniently brought to our room every day. Make sure to ask for a kettle if needed.

The customer service was exceptional, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The variety of restaurants and bars provided great options for dining throughout my stay.
The rooms could benefit from a modern refresh.

I loved the stunning architecture of the Grand Resort. The pools were spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing. My room had a lovely balcony with a great view each morning. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location is fantastic, only a short distance to the beach. However, several areas need improvement. The WiFi was unreliable, especially in the lobby. The all-inclusive food options felt very basic, lacking variety. Some amenities felt dated and could use refurbishment. The noise from the nearby road was bothersome at night, making it difficult to sleep without earplugs.

More accessible amenities for seniors would be beneficial.

Exceptional attention to detail from the staff made our experience memorable, and the variety of dining options, especially the delicious vegetarian dishes, was impressive. The cleanliness of the large pools provided a welcoming space to relax. However, we found the hotel lacking in cultural diversity as it mainly catered to European guests, and finding transportation could be a bit more convenient for those unfamiliar with the area.

missingWrote a review on May 03spacious poolsconvenient beachunreliable wifi
The layout of the resort features spacious pools that provide a nice area to relax in. The beach is conveniently located, making it easy to get to without a long trek from the resort.
For a five-star establishment, the food quality left much to be desired. the complimentary drinks included powder juices instead of fresh ones, which was disappointing. WiFi access is limited to the lobby with an unreliable connection, and the pools weren't very clean, leading to fewer seating options available. Additionally, the loud music from activities echoed throughout, creating a less-than-peaceful environment.
